The staff isn’t helpful when we arrived at the condo, they don’t have the room ready and they told us to contact the host with our own phone, I pay for a good treatment not that I arrived from the airport and then just telling me to contact the host and not having my room prepared. And I booked the room 2weeks before, so stressing that I’m the one calling for the host

All was decent but a few things needs fixing like the leak in the bathroom and the wifi which has a very weak signal.

We couldn’t even stay.

Our booking details were supposed to have been given hours before our check in time. I had the diligence to be earlier than the check in time to reach out with the place’s contact — to no avail. The phone number provided cannot even be called, and the messages I sent out were replied to very late. I had to arrange for another booking in a different hotel because we had an event to go to after our supposed check in time here in Two Palm Tree Villas. On a side note, I approached the guards regarding this and they couldn’t even find the booking that I made a month prior. They were friendly and helpful throughout the ordeal, and I can’t fault them for this blunder since they’re not involved in processing the booking I made.

A bit noisy and you can't make the room all dark. (but just minor things)

Location is just great. You can walk to terminal 3 by taking the bridge. It's 5 mins away. Also great surrounding.

Location close to airport

..Every time we have a shower the water in the shower overflow and it leak to the toilet..the shower and toilet gets messy on the floor due to the dirty water going to the toilet are. Poor drainage.kitchen slightly dirty but overall reasonable. Also the bed is not as strong. Every time I turn around it makes a squeaky noise. Maybe time for a new one or a strong or a strong bed.
